2021.5 Mazda CX-5 and Mazda CX-9 to offer more tech

The new 2021.5 Mazda CX-5 and 2021.5 Mazda CX-9 will feature more technology starting in the fall. Here’s a breakdown of the new additions to each model.

2021.5 Mazda CX-5

The first change in the 2021.5 Mazda CX-5 is the addition of i-ACTIVESENSE active safety technologies now standard. The new CX-5 offers a range of other features as well including a new 10.25-inch centre display that includes a new Mazda Connect system. Moreover, the Mazda CX-5 will feature a new range of connected services called Mazda Connected Services which include features such as remote locking/unlocking, remote start/stop, and vehicle health updates.

The 2021 Mazda CX-5 also gets 19-inch wheels in the GS trim with i-ACTIV All-wheel drive. The Kuro trim is now available in black leather with red stitching instead of just the red garnet interior.
